By using IELTSimulator, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Educational use
IELTSimulator provides IELTS-style preparation tools, mock tests, practice content, and AI-assisted feedback for study purposes only.
3. No official affiliation
IELTSimulator is not affiliated with IELTS, British Council, IDP, or Cambridge. IELTS is a trademark owned by its respective owners.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We may use your Google account information, such as name and email address, to create and manage your IELTSimulator profile.
5. Payments and access
Paid access is handled through Stripe. Subscription access, renewals, cancellations, and payment status may be used to determine which tests and features are available in your account.
6. AI Writing feedback
AI Writing correction is intended as guidance. Scores, grammar notes, and improvement suggestions are estimates and should not be treated as an official IELTS result.
7. No score guarantee
IELTSimulator helps you practice under exam-like conditions, but we do not guarantee any specific IELTS band score or exam outcome.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, copy protected content, or interfere with the platform.
9. Changes to the service
We may update features, content, pricing, or these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
